Our Mustang Family will forever remember and love Surayyah Jones, a beautiful and bright young lady. She was the reigning champion of passed Imagine Math lessons for two years, and was an A/B honor roll student while taking advanced classes. She held herself and those around her to high expectations. She was accepted into Alrington College and Career High School. We send prayers of peace and love to her family and all those who knew her. The Nichols Junior High Eighth Grade Clap-Out was a resounding success. ππΏππΎππ½ππΏππΎππ½ππΏππΎππ½ππΌππΏππΎππ½ππΌ Our 7th and 8th Grade Teachers were well-prepared with posters, cheers, hugs, pom poms, and inspiring words to encourage future success for our scholars.
Principal Catherine Claiborne devised an innovative way to celebrate our 8th Grade students with school-wide participation. This event showcased a remarkable display of Social Emotional Learning. π
It was great to see some of our former students, including Julian Claiborne and others.
A special acknowledgement to P.T.A. President Lisa Carroll and the Parents volunteers for distributing Graduation Cake to our scholars in Eighth Grade.
Our Parents demonstrated exceptional support with their balloons, flowers, signs, and smiling faces for our graduates.
